煤用齿辊式破碎机齿头设计及其力学分析

摘要: 破碎机是煤炭洗选工艺中重要的组成部分,破碎机在破碎物料过程中工况复杂,其安全性、可靠性是研究的重点。为进一步对破碎齿的受力状况进行研究,提升破碎机的可靠性及适应性,文章提出一种新型破碎机齿头——双键定位可拆卸齿头,分析了破碎机在破碎物料过程中的各个部位的受力,并结合实际设计参数给出了各个载荷的具体计算数值。最后结合破碎机破碎物料过程中的四个不同工况,利用有限元分析软件分析了破碎机在使用过程中的应力、变形情况。

Abstract: The crusher has become an integral part of the coal washing technique. The crusher has complex working conditions in the crushing process. So its safety and reliability are the focus of the study. This paper presents a new type of crusher tooth that’s double key location and easy to dismantle, and analyses the force of the crusher at all points during crushing of the material. And the actual design parameters are given to calculate the specific numbers of each load. Combining with four different conditions in the process of crushing material, using the finite element analysis software analyses the stress and deformation of crusher in the using process.
